Royal School District is committed to providing highly capable students with educational opportunities which take into account such student's unique needs and capabilities. The district will make a variety of appropriate program services available to students who participate in the district's program for highly capable students. Once services are started, a continuum of services will be provided to the students from kindergarten to twelfth grade.

Hi Cap Referral information and form
Royal School District is currently accepting referrals to have students evaluated for the Highly Capable Program. The Highly Capable program is intended for students who demonstrate skills or interests that are comparatively rare, considerably early, and/or significantly more advanced than their peers. Students may be gifted in one subject or in several subjects. Students in any grade may be referred for testing. Referral forms can be obtained from the main office at any of the schools.
